What is the name of this noodle?
Growing up I became very found of a chicken noodle soup (from a can, bad I know) that had rectangular, medium thickness noodles. For some reason I really like having my soup with that type of noodles.
They aren’t as wide or as thin as egg noodles. Nor are they thick like Udon noodles, Does anyone know what I’m talking about?
Sounds like Klaski noodles…we generally use them to make polish haluski.
