can I use 1 PC as 3 PCs by workstation?
I know OS of Microsoft windows do not accept that which is allowing multi mice and multi key in of keyboards.
Are there other OS allowing that with workstation (multi virtual machines)?
What you are talking about is a terminal server. Both Windows and Unix-like OSs are capable of being terminal servers. You will need thin clients for each user.
There is no OS that can reliably run multiple instances simultaneously on the same machine using multiple inputs. It’s not possible.
